The Crimson King is born!  Through the Valley takes place in the dark ages at the end of the Saxon occupation in Briton.  It focuses on Ambrosius Aurelianus, the leader of the rebellion army, who is to be named the first king and ruler of the new nation, however the rebel commander has no desire for power or wealth.  Ambrosius longs for a legacy of family and peace. When spirits, witches and demons move against his will, a terrible curse is beset on the would-be king.  Ambrosius dies and rises to become the world's first vampire.  Ambrosius must navigate his lust for blood, eternal life and the torture of being a reluctant villain.  Unseen enemies mount against him.
